My style of therapy is collaborative and integrative. Through a system of goal oriented practices we will work together to get your life back on track. Whether you need help with codependency, communication, or self esteem; therapy can help. However, I most often use a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help individuals and couples access emotions and parts of themselves that they may otherwise have trouble working on.
